In 1990, owner Sherri Aurand was introduced to Modular Home’s by her husband, Keith Aurand and Father, Dennis Morris. Sherri wore many hats in the office, starting out in Sales and Office Management. As the years went by Keith and Sherri both worked in the modular home field, Keith starting his own Modular Set Crew in December of 1996, and Sherri selling a modular here and there as she was a full time stay at home Mom of their 2 boys, Zach and Andy.
In August of 2013, Keith and Sherri’s oldest son, Zachary joined the team on the set crew. He grew fast, learning anything and everything he could about the business.
Fast forward thirty years since Sherri was introduced to modular homes, and Mid State Builders of Pa LLC was opened, full time. Sherri still being the main point of contact in the Office and proud owner, Keith and Zach are the main points of contact in the field.
